Primarily virtual sessions; limited Phoenix in-person appointments. Typical sessions are 60 minutes.
Intensive counseling
Available as needed, starting at 90 minutes and extending up to three hours. Intensives are not covered by insurance.
Teen counseling
Virtual counseling for teens ages 13–17. Sessions are typically 60 minutes and require parental participation.
Child counseling
Virtual counseling for children ages 5–13 with parental participation. Sessions are typically 60 minutes.
Older adult counseling
Virtual and limited Phoenix in-person sessions. Medicare enrollment is in process.
Telehealth access
Secure telehealth across Arizona, North Carolina, and New York with clinicians trained in telehealth best practices.
